I am a nerd, and actually enjoy the process of grocery shopping and meal planning/prepping each week. I always watch YouTube videos before going each week for recipe and product inspiration. Luckily this week, I caught Nicole’s video sharing this new planner just in time for making my own list! I used this to plan not just my own, but my sister’s weekly meals as well, and we both loved the ease and organization of it. I had an issue with not being able to write on the Meal Plan page, but I reached out on Instagram and was quickly helped and told I would be sent a new copy by email once it was fixed (this wasn’t needed, it was a user error!). Love Nicole and the whole Health Nut team, and this planner made my grocery planning a breeze!
I love using this, I use this every week now to plan out my meals.
So easy to use, and a great jump start!
My life runs smoother when I’m organized, but it can sometimes be a pain to create my organization tools from scratch. This does the work for me so that meal planning is more automatic. And before I head to the grocery store, I spend a lot less time brainstorming because I can just check off items on the extensive grocery list. It does some of the thinking for you :)
