The day I received my cookbook, I took immediate action as to what I was going to be making. The ingredients are basic, healthy, convenient and the recipes are so easy to follow. There are so many options of deliciousness I don't know where to start. (I'm now on my third recipe, lol.) Thank you for keeping us healthy.
As a family with health issues we were excited to find a cookbook that we would actually use the recipes! So many times we bought cookbooks with recipes we would never use and this one seems to have a lot we would try. I love that it is signed! So thank you. Only thing that would be helpful is if there could be substitute hints on recipes with many diverse flours or sugars example: use this much honey or substitute with coconut sugar etc. Great cookbook, can’t wait to use it
